At SANA3LE, we specialize in fashion sourcing, sampling, manufacturing, and production management across Egypt and GCC markets. Because every order is customized based on client requirements, delivery timelines vary depending on product complexity, quantities, material availability, and production schedules.
Estimated Timelines
- Consultation & Quotation: 1–3 business days
- Sample Development: 5–21 business days
- Bulk Production: 14–60 business days
- Packaging & Dispatch: 2–7 business days
Final timelines are confirmed officially in the quotation, production agreement, or invoice shared with the client.
Shipping & Logistics
SANA3LE works with trusted shipping and logistics partners for local and international deliveries. Shipping methods may include:
- Local courier delivery
- Air freight
- Sea freight
- Express international shipping
Shipping costs are calculated separately unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
Delivery Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Clearing customs (if applicable)
- Paying import duties, taxes, or governmental fees required by destination countries
Delays
SANA3LE is not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Supplier shortages
- Force majeure events
- Political or economic disruptions
- Shipping carrier delays
- Delayed client approvals or payments
Order Acceptance
Clients must inspect products upon delivery and notify SANA3LE within 72 hours regarding any manufacturing defects, shortages, or issues.
