If you want to return / exchange part or all your order, you can always request a return when you log in to your account Order History and go to your order details, click on the item you want to return & then do the return request.

Accordingly we will send the courier to collect the returned order from you within 48 hrs after your request then send it back to our warehouse to check it.
Once we receive your returned item, we will update your return status & refund you back your money

The return process & money transfer may take up to 3-5 working days & Shipping companies will charge you to Return /Exchange which we will deduct before returning your money.
